Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

Article Formatting Instructions
  1. The manuscript should be a single document with the article, tables, images, with legends.
  2. The questionnaires, Abbreviations and all the additional information should be given as an appendix
  3. All the technical, and abbreviated terms, jargons should be defined, explained for the reader's convenience.
  4. Always chose word doc A4 size (Word 2007, 2010), portrait, and with all pages numbered in the down.
  5. Font size should be 12 in Times New Roma, and double spaced.
  6. Title should be in sentence case, cantered
  7. Use subtitles and number them using roman numbers and subtitles should be justified.
  8. All the tables, images and graphs should be numbered using Arabic numbers.
  9. All the tables, images, and graphs should be given given captions/legends, which should be brief and opt.
  10. Images, pictures and visuals should be in TIFF, PNG, JPEG or EPS formats only.
  11. It is important that numerical equations and the tables in the manuscript should be submitted in Word (.doc), Excel (.xls), and PPT formats only.
  12. All Tables submitted must be cell bases, editable and short.
  13. Avoid using colour shades in the Table.
  14. Usage of special characters such as Asters must be denoted below with the text explaining the denotation.

AIDS or HIV- a chronic, potentially life-threatening, virus transmitted condition by contact with infected blood, semen or vaginal fluids shows flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat and fatigue within a few weeks of infection. According to recent studies, adolescent and young adult minority women account for approximately 20% of new cases of HIV in this age group each year in the United States.
